Lauren Voss Mitschrich, PA-C, DMSc
Lauren Voss Mitschrich, PA-C, DMSc, is a board-certified Physician Associate, national aesthetic educator, speaker, entrepreneur, and founder of Après Skin & Wellness in Denver, Colorado. With more than a decade of experience spanning reconstructive surgery, dermatology, and aesthetic medicine, she has built her career around clinical excellence, education, patient safety, and thoughtful, evidence-based care.
Lauren previously co-founded Core Aesthetic Training Institute and later founded the Aesthetic Fellowship Program, now evolved into The Après Way, an advanced education model focused on anatomy, treatment planning, complications, skin health, technology, and long-term patient outcomes. She has served as a national Galderma GAIN trainer, has been recognized among the Top 100 Aesthetic Injectors in the U.S., and earned her Doctor of Medical Science degree with doctoral work focused on hyaluronic acid filler vascular compromise. She has also completed entrepreneurship education through Stanford University and is currently pursuing advanced board certification through A4M.
Today, Lauren is building Après alongside her husband and business partner while raising two young boys and leading a team completely made up of other mothers. That experience has shaped the kind of company she wants to build: one where high standards, strong business outcomes, ethics, teamwork, motherhood, and humanity are not competing priorities.
Her work and speaking sit at the intersection of medicine, leadership, education, and entrepreneurship, with a central belief that excellence and heart should never have to compete.
